By booking a session, purchasing products, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
A session is considered booked once the session fee is paid.
Session fees:
Reserve your session date and time
Include pre-session planning and consultation
May include specified services (such as hair and makeup, depending on session type)
Session fees are non-refundable but may be transfered if rescheduling according to the policy below.
We understand that life happens.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice
Reschedules are subject to availability
Session fees are non-refundable but may be applied to a future session
If you cancel without notice or do not show up, the session fee is forfeited.
All products and image purchases are separate from the session fee unless otherwise stated.
Orders are placed after your session during your selection appointment
Payment is required at the time of ordering
All sales are final once an order is placed
Payment plans may be available at our discretion.
Final images are professionally edited and delivered in the format specified at purchase
Editing style is consistent with Holly Walsh Photography's artistic vision
Additional retouching requests may be available for an additional fee
Raw (unedited) images are not provided.
We offer a variety of printed and digital products.
Production times vary depending on the product
We are not responsible for delays caused by labs, shipping carriers, or circumstances outside our control
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving orders before production
Holly Walsh Photography retains full copyright of all images.
Purchased images include a personal use license
Images may not be altered, sold or used for commercial purposes without written permission
Screenshots, filters, or additional edits are not permitted
We value your privacy.
Images will not be used for marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes without your consent
If permission is granted, images may be used on our website, social media, or marketing materials
You may withdraw consent at any time.
Clients agree to:
Arrive on time and prepared for their session
Communicate any concerns prior to the session
Follow preparation guidelines provided
We are not responsible for missed opportunities due to late arrival or lack of preparation.
While we take every precaution to provide a high-quality experience:
We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to illness, weather, equipment failure, or acts of God
In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfill a session, liability is limited to the return of any payments made
Holly Walsh Photography shall not be held liable for failure to perform or delays in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to:
Illness or injury
Severe weather or natural disasters
Acts of God
Government restrictions or emergencies
Power outages or technical failures
Equipment failure beyond reasonable backup measures
In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your session or fulfill your order at a later date. No refunds will be issued due to circumstances covered under this section; however, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate rescheduling.
All content on this website, including images, text, and design, is the property of Holly Walsh Photography and may not be copied or used without permission.
